Ok. This is it. I have been on this journey many times before. Why is today different? I don’t know but I need to do something. I have gained nearly 1okg and need to do something. Currently sitting on 74.7kg. Don’t like this and need to be accountable.
Starting again
2017 is going to be a new year for me. I lost 35kgs in weight 10 years ago and life has moved on, however the weight is slowly coming back on and I now need the motivation to keep it going. This week I weigh 72.4 KG and I have as been as low as 69 so I know I can do t just need to get back on track. Have started to plan my meals so that I can keep on track. Also I need to make sure that I keep up my exercise.
